By accessing or using Streamologia ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Streamologia is a marketplace connecting creators and brands for sponsored collaborations. The Platform facilitates discovery, communication, contract management, milestone tracking, and payments between parties.
You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Creators offer promotional services including content creation, posting, and audience engagement. Creators represent that their content is original and does not infringe third-party rights.
Brands seek promotional services from creators. Brands represent that their products and campaigns comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
All payments are processed through the Platform. Milestone-based payments are held in escrow until deliverables are approved. The Platform charges a service fee on each completed transaction.
Creators retain ownership of their content. Upon payment, brands receive a license to use the deliverables as specified in the contract. Unauthorized use of content outside agreed terms is prohibited.
Users may not: manipulate platform metrics, engage in fraudulent activity, submit false information, harass other users, use the platform for illegal purposes, or attempt to circumvent platform fees.
Disputes between users should first be resolved through the Platform. If unresolved, Streamologia offers mediation services. Users agree that all disputes shall be governed by applicable law.
Streamologia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their account at any time. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and data.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
